Good Ground Harvest Network is a Canadian, women-led registered charity based in the Fraser Valley.
Inspired by the parable of the sower in Mark 4, we believe every person, as a child of God, has value and the potential to grow and thrive. But we all need support along the way. Practical resources, safe spaces, and meaningful opportunities can help people find the stability they need to move forward.
Our work begins with meeting practical needs in our local communities, guided by a wider vision to help prepare the ground wherever support is needed most.
Wellness Essentials Kits are currently our primary local program in the Fraser Valley of BC.
WE Kits provide new, full-size hygiene, personal-care, and household essentials to people and families navigating vulnerable or transitional circumstances. We work with trusted community organizations, churches, and outreach teams already serving people in their communities.
Wellness Essentials Kits support people and families navigating circumstances such as:
Women and children leaving unsafe situations
People entering recovery
Newcomer and refugee families
Youth transitioning to independent living
Families facing crisis
People experiencing other vulnerable or transitional circumstances
Our kits are provided through community organizations, churches, outreach teams, and other trusted
partners already walking alongside people in their communities.
We create practical initiatives that respond to real needs in our communities.
We work alongside community organizations, churches, businesses, and outreach teams already serving people in our communities.
We create ways for people and organizations to give, volunteer, serve, and get involved.
When people are navigating change, crisis, or instability, having basic necessities can remove one more barrier from the road ahead.
Together, we can help prepare the ground.
